The theatre scene in Toronto is hotting up as an incredible 22 new shows gear up to take over the Mirvish collection of theatres over the next 12 months.
Not only do Mirvish Theatre have seven big name shows in their subscription series, they also have three pretty exciting works of drama in their “off Mirvish” Fringe season. Luckily, we were on hand at this week’s show stopping press launch to take a sneak peak at the productions on offer.
Inside the Press Launch
The powers that be at Mirvish Theatre extended their welcome to press and current subscribers alike to come along to the glorious Royal Alexandra Theatre to take a look at what they have in store for the city over the next year. Not only did we get to hear all about the show, we also got a few teaser performances from some of the shows in this season’s line up. Sounds great, right? Watch the video below for a taster of what is to come and hear what some of the actors in the season have to say about their productions.
