Zara the cat is looking for a new lovely home in the Toronto area

Beautiful Zara was surrendered to us when sadly her owner was no longer able to care for her. This lovely senior is ready for her new home to help her live out her golden years with ease! Zara can be a little nervous at first, but she has settled in well to our shelter and greets every new visitor with her sweet little meows! Zara loves company and is very good at communicating to us with her body language. She lets us know when she wants pets, but when she is all finished she will stretch out in a sunbeam to just enjoy our company. This lady really enjoys companionship but sometimes prefers petting to be limited. Her ideal home would be able to respect her body language and needs! Zara is on a steroid prescription to assist with her IBD symptoms. Our medical team can talk you through all of the details so you feel prepared to assist her with her needs.
