<li>1 tbsp Soy sauce</li>
<li>13mL Rice vinegar, seasoned</li>
<li>1 tsp Granulated sugar</li>
<li>1mL Crushed red pepper flakes</li>

<li>Chop &amp; combine all vegetables in a large bowl.</li>
<li>Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and chili flakes.</li>
