Naagan by Zach Keeshig featured a Modernized Indian Taco made with braised lamb shank, “tack”made from blanched cabbage/stinging nettle crepe, beet puree cooked in duck fat deglazed with vinegar, roasted hazelnuts, shaved smoked/dried venison heart and braising jus.
