MMVA 2015
MMVA Co-host, performer and nomine Ed Sheeran

The MMVA 2015 hosted a star-studded red carpet and energetic performances that gave street-lined fans in Toronto something to scream about.

Toronto native The Weeknd took home the most awards with four wins in total while witty co-host Ed Sheeran won two. Another local artist, P. Reign, won the top honours for best hip hop video and jaws dropped when hometown favourite Drake himself came out on stage to hand the award to P. Reign.

Performances from local artists included energetic up and comer Scott Helman, buzzing pop singer Shawn Mendes, and YouTube celebs Walk Off The Earth featuring a very pregnant Sarah Blackwood.

Further performances took place from Nick Jonas, Jason Derulo, Tori Kelly and Mia Martina ft Waka Flacka.

All in all it was a fun-filled night for the Toronto music fans and a great way to cap the NXNE weekend.
